White Picket Fence Warehouse Lincoln Nebraska Scam

So where do we start with all of this nasty that is the White Picket Fence Warehouse? I had so many ideas going into this post. Unfortunately I decided to save a few of them for a later time. for now though we need to really think about this whole White Picket Fence bullshit. And decide if this is really a scam we should allow in our town.

So where do we start? I guess in reality we start with Michael Timothy Dale Schramm. I do not even know where to begin with this.

I guess let us start with what I would guess just by doing some digging, the reason he moved to Lincoln. Depending on who you talk to who knows what the reason is. Some have said it was due to the low crime some said it was due to his brother living here. I know of one person who said he got mugged in Chicago and was looking for a medium size town that had low crime. All of this is straight bullshit. All you have to do is look at his twitter profile and see this is a lie. He moved here from San Francisco in according to him around March of 2013. All you have to do is read his posts to see this. Looks like he basically moved cause he got dumped. Heck we all get dumped but, to lie about where you moved from? That to me seems a bit odd.

This bring us to the next most common set of lies from Michael. These are about Facebook.  While he did live in the region, I am pretty sure he never worked there. Heck Facebook is pretty sure that he has never worked there.

I have heard from third party sources about how he wrote some sort of menu navigation for Facebook and they paid him millions. Now just recently supposedly Facebook wants to buy an idea of his for 3.5 million. Things just do not add up.

1. If you worked at Facebook being as young as you are, you would have been proud of this and more people would know. Not to mention some of the friends on your Facebook profile would have at least, say that they worked for Facebook somewhere in the past. Or even would still work there. Out of 1500 friends not a single one works there? 
2. If you are trying to keep the doors open for the White Picket Fence Warehouse Scam you have running wouldn't you take an offer for one of your ideas of 3.5 million and sell it to them, with some sort of amendment to the sale saying you get so much of a percentage for so many years? 
3. If you really are there to help people think of all the good you could have done with this money. Heck even 100k of it would do wonders.

He says he knows how to market so well on Facebook because he helped with the core of the website. WTH how many people buy this one? If a person worked on the core of the website for Facebook they would have so much stock in the company they would not need a gofundme cause they are going broke. and ready to lose a place they rented.
Oh lord that is another one. I do not know how he really got into the Red9 but if you listen to him it is cause he saved the landlords daughters life. And she feels that what he is doing is special to the community and that Lincoln really needs what he is doing. If the landlord really feels this way. Why does he need the money to keep the place? It has been vacant for who knows how long, so unless she is fronting the utilities and such why would she be asking him to leave in less then a year?

Things just do not add up. Maybe she is tired of all of the animals in the place, maybe she can't sell the place with him living there. What about his house? Why doesn't he live there? If you have a house in the same town you work in, especially the size of Lincoln why would you not live in it? Why would you leave it vacant for so long that the homeless had the ability to move in?

This house that he owns, well a simple records search actually shows that it belongs to Jared Schramm. So let me get this right. The house that your brother is either kind enough to let you live in or is renting out to you. You move out, let homeless trash and then rent out to another group of people with the condition they fix it up? Really? You would care that little about your family that you would do that? But, yet at the same time you claim it breaks your heart when you can not help people or how people are treated? Wow that is just scumbag area there.

Well I have to get off to bed I have work in the morning. But, trust me I am not even close to being done with this scum bag, there is so much more that needs to be touched on yet.

Sorry if this post offends with language or anything else. I for one am getting completely tired of this scam.

White Picket Fence in Lincoln Nebraska on theory is a good thing for the community. Keep this in mind as we delve farther into the bullshit that is Michael Timothy Dale Schramm. While he may have started out with the greatest of intentions it has quickly lost it's way. Even if you have a conversation with him as I have a couple of times. This is a for profit business. Fine that is great, I have no issues with this. What I have issues with is the seedy other side of things. The helping the community side of the scam. All of his free will donations that families donate, you know the clothes and kids toys. Did you know that the money you donate goes right into his front pocket? I have watched on several occasions that money go right into his pocket. And never make any farther then his next case of beer. I have watched a family come in that lost everything in a fire and ask how much of a break he would give them. He said "I will give you a great deal". Then charges them a price. In the next week a lady walks in and buys more of the exact same Red9 items and he charges her the same price. How is this helping people who have lost it all? Why where these things not just given to the family, that just lost it all in a fire? Heck, you can even look in the Lincoln Journal star and see the young couple, was the same couple. So it is not like they where trying to get over on him. They actually needed help only to really not receive any.

Take a close look at how many people actually stand by Michael Timothy Dale Schramm for longer then a few months before getting fed up with the bullshit. I have seen this man take a couch on consignment and turn around and sell it for over 300 dollars. Then tell the gentleman who placed it on consignment that he only sold it for 140 dollars. What the hell is that crap? So not only was the couch sold for more that he pocketed, he took 30% commission from the man on this supposedly 140 dollar sale. 

He pays a lot for the Red9 a month. More then anyone rightfully should, and honestly more then the space is really worth to any other company. 

Did you know that he did not pay a dime to have his house fixed and make livable again? We will touch more on that with a latter post.

Or how about the time that he was raising money for the poor college girl who was losing her housing, do you know the truth about this?

What do the people in South Dakota have to say about him?

What about Facebook and the multiple BS lies about this?

Or even the feud with Gameroom here in Lincoln, do you know the truth?

I am too the point where all this bullshit and lies have gotten me to my boiling point. It is time for Lincoln Nebraska to wake up to this con-man.
